SLYO is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not require account registration with private credentials (such as your personal email, password, or physical address), nor do we sell your personal data.
A. Information Automatically Processed
Device Diagnostics: Device model, OS version, system language, screen resolution, and anonymous crash telemetry to ensure game stability.
Device Identifiers: The standard Android Advertising ID (GAID / AAID) utilized for advertising delivery, attribution, and anti-fraud verification.
Gameplay Progression: High scores, sectors reached, achievements earned, gem balances, and unlocked cosmetics. This data is saved on your device and synced with Google Play Games Services if connected.
B. Third-Party Integrations
The Game integrates standard industry SDKs that may process device-level identifiers:
Google Play Games Services: Handles player authentication, global leaderboards, achievements, and Game Stats.
Google AdMob: Serves rewarded and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may process your Advertising ID and approximate (network-based) location to display relevant ads and protect against fraudulent impressions.
Unity Technologies: Provides engine functionality and anonymous diagnostic metrics.
2. How Information is Used
We utilize the collected information strictly for:
Maintaining and delivering core gameplay and progression mechanics.

Your game progress is primarily stored directly on your device via sandboxed application storage. We do not operate external web databases storing personally identifiable user records.

SLYO is rated for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to third-party services via the Game, please contact us so we can facilitate removal.
6. Your Rights & Data Controls
Advertising Controls: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising anytime in your Android system settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Reset or Delete Advertising ID).
Play Games Profile: You can manage or delete your Play Games data directly via the Google Play Games app settings.
Local Data Deletion: You can wipe all local game data at any time by clearing application storage or uninstalling the game.
